游婷雯 You Ting Wen

觀察生活週遭的事件、物件，嘗試找到群眾面對外部方法的線索。我透過設計表達凝聚為符號的文化形狀。交互詰問間，問號無法即刻回應或不理解，於是不急著回應，身體行動介入發問的場地，感官與外部物質產生出摩擦力。近期透過身體在土地上的勞動物質討論人與非人間無法運作語言的關係。

Observing events and objects in my surroundings, I strive to grope clues for the methods the masses employ when facing the external. Through design, I express the consensus symbols that coalesce into culture. In the interactive questioning, when immediate responses or understanding fail to emerge, I refrain from rushing to reply. I engage my body with the environment itself, returning to the frictional relationship between senses and external materials. Lately, through engaging in body labor on the land, such as farming and construction work, I explore the relationship between humans and non-human that steps across the limitations of language.
